Thanks! The fee was processed and your apartment application was submitted successfully.
WHAT TO EXPECT

We can often get back to you with a result (preliminary or final) in 4 hours or less. Sometimes it takes a little longer - a day or two. We'll either give you a call or send you an email with the result.
If you Submitted a Photo ID and Income Documents With Your Application:
Then we should be able to send you an email with a final result (approved or denied).
If You Did Not Submit a Photo ID and Income Documents:
Then you'll receive a preliminary result (credit result). If you're preliminarily approved, we'll send you an email with instructions to provide the following:

A government issued Photo ID for all occupants 18 years of age or older

Documented proof of income and income history for applicant and all co-applicants that will include:

2 most recent paystubs

Last years 1040 tax return (front page only)

Government letters indicating monthly payments and recipient for things like SSI or SNAP.

If You Get Approved:
Then we'll send you an email that your approved. The email will have a link to pay (on-line) the $425 non-refundable Move-In Fee.

The full amount of the move-in fee must be made, a partial payment is not allowed.

The move-in fee is not refundable under any circumstances. If you make the deposit, and later change your mind, the deposit will not be refunded.

Someone else might provide the move-in fee before you. In that case you will lose the apartment. We’ll let you know if that happens.

Once the deposit is made, the apartment is reserved for you (not advertised or shown to anyone else).

After the move in fee is paid, you have up to 30 days to move in. You can move in any time before that.
