620+ Credit score required:
You'll need a 620+ FICO score from TransUnion with 12 months of payment history. Any co-applicant(s) will need a 600+ score. Sorry, but there's no exceptions to these credit requirements.
Gross income 3x the rent. We combine incomes if you have a co-applicant, but, one must have credit score over 620, the other(s) over 600.
Eviction, criminal or bankruptcy:
We can and do accept applicants with these histories, but only if credit & income requirements above are met
Co-signers or no credit score:
Co-signers are not accepted. A no credit score will not get approved. Sorry, no exceptions.
We have many long term residents in this property. They like where they live, and we're careful about who we accept.
You'll have respectful neighbors, with good credit, in a well maintained building.
