Our website includes a Pre-Qualification form. If you choose to pre-qualify we collect personal information that includes name, phone, email, income, self-reported credit score, number of occupants (adults and children), Section 8 status, and monthly loan payment amounts.
We store the information you provide in a database and use the information to calculate a pass / fail result (Pre-Qualified or not Pre-Qualified) based on criteria that Rent Rabbit establishes that are consistent with applicable Fair Housing laws. The pass / fail result is based solely on your self-reported data submitted through the Pre-Qualification form, no external or third party data is accessed or used in the Pre-Qualification determination. This information is used to determine your pre-qualification status (pass / fail), unless you give us permission (opt in) to use it in another manner, for example to use with one of our mailing lists.
